For custom services:

  • Once approved, Mourningstar Co. is not responsible for errors not identified during proofing.

Custom work may be subject to separate written agreements outlining usage rights and licensing.

5. Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required before products are shipped or digital files are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of digital products and custom work:

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable.

  • Custom items are non-refundable once production has begun.

For physical items, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.

7. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Mourningstar Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs

  • Natural events

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
